Dede Rowe is dedicated to supporting companies nationwide to develop a culture of wellbeing and positive mental health in the workplace. For over 10 years Dede worked with companies of all sizes and across all sectors in benefits and wellness programming. In addition to consulting, Dede teaches the workshop “Love and Lead Your Life” which is foundational content focusing on self-awareness, self-management, effective communication skills, informed goal management and more. As a certified professional life coach Dede works with groups and individuals to support their personal journey toward their authentic self.
In Dale Carroll’s economic development career, he has seen the emphasis on the talent pipeline by growing businesses and expanding industries increase significantly. In the 38th annual survey by Area Development magazine over 87% of the corporate executives and site consultants surveyed across the country ranked the availability of skilled labor as an extremely important site selection factor in their decision-making.
